Time appears to stand still in Singapore's sleepy malls built in the 1970s. But that is precisely what is reeling in shoppers of all ages who are looking for new urban experiences.
One such strata-titled property, Peninsula Shopping Centre at 3 Coleman Street, is the passion project of multimedia content creator Benny Loh, who filmed a documentary featuring the ageing mall's quirky tenant mix.
