SINGAPORE - Browsing local online gift shop Ameba's quirky line-up of mugs, cushion covers and posters is nothing short of a side-splitting affair.
The site banks on well-worn Singlish phrases such as Keep Calm and Look Swee or Blur Sotong. Swee is Hokkien for beautiful while sotong - squid in Malay - refers to a clueless person.
