SINGAPORE – Until 1983, the question on every entertainment journalist’s mind at the Academy Awards was: “What are you wearing?”
But when television host and comedienne Joan Rivers came on the scene that year, she asked her signature question, which has set the tone for red-carpet reporting at Hollywood’s biggest night till today: “Who are you wearing?”
