SEOUL – Google has launched a global campaign for its artificial intelligence assistant Gemini featuring Jimin of BTS using it to compose messages for his fans.

In it, he asked Gemini to help him with translating messages to better convey the emotions he feels every time he walks out on stage.

“When I am sending out letters to fans, I tend to choose each and every word carefully,” the artist said, adding that he “hopes that fans will be able to feel his sincerity”.

Google recently joined forces with BTS to take over Sphere, an entertainment venue near Las Vegas in Paradise, Nevada, and the largest screen in the world.

Google projected images of South Korean landscapes and Gemini search tabs onto the screen earlier in August.

It also launched interactive features such as personalised playlists of the septet’s songs. THE KOREA HERALD/ASIA NEWS NETWORK
