SINGAPORE - Like in previous years, Chinese restaurants have pounced on the idea of using zodiac animals to design their yusheng or raw fish salad dishes.

So expect to see the tiger in some form when you lo hei at top restaurants such as Si Chuan Dou Hua and Hua Ting.
