SINGAPORE – With just under a week till Ramadan starts on Wednesday, the first of two major bazaars has kicked off.
The 33-day Kampong Gelam bonanza dubbed Raikan Cahaya Ramadan, which translates to “celebrating the light of Ramadan”, started on March 15 and runs till April 16. It is open from noon to 11pm daily.
