SINGAPORE - It's not often that every dish I try at a restaurant is so good that I would order all of them again in a heartbeat. But that is how I feel both times after dining at Osteria BBR by Alain Ducasse.
The restaurant opened at the Bar & Billiard Room at Raffles Hotel on Aug 19, replacing the former BBR by Alain Ducasse, a more casual Mediterranean eatery that closed during last year's circuit breaker.
