SINGAPORE - When Ms Tran Thi Ngoc Giau moved to Singapore in 2014, her homesickness was made worse by the limited choices of authentic Vietnamese fare here.
So the 32-year-old Vietnamese, who runs an employment agency, learnt to cook her home town dishes and was inspired to open an eatery, An La Ghien, in Geylang in December 2019.
