SINGAPORE – Fans of French Comte cheese, young or aged, vegetal or fruity, can now buy it direct from the artisans who make it. A French dairy co-operative, which represents more than 8,500 farms, has opened its first boutique and bistro in Singapore.

M&T, or Monts & Terroirs, as the place is called, will serve as a test bed as Sodiaal, the co-operative, eyes expansion into Asia.
