SINGAPORE – Sixty-year-old Lana Cakes, famous for the Chocolate Cake that has graced countless birthday parties in Singapore, has come up with a new way to eat the cake.
Lana-To-Go is that iconic cake packed into a jar and the first new product the business has launched in about four years. The last new cake was Yuzu Indulge ($74), a chiffon cake made with yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture in Japan.
