SINGAPORE - It is now back to the five-diners-a-table limit at food and beverage outlets until the end of the month, but that has not dampened the spirits of those who have recently opened or are opening new restaurants.
For many, the decisions were made more than half a year ago as the F&B sector has seen a pickup in business in the last three quarters.
