SINGAPORE - When online registration for Theemithi, or fire-walking, at Sri Mariamman Temple in South Bridge Road began on Oct 5, all 950 slots were snapped up within a few hours.
This year, due to Covid-19 restrictions, limited slots are available for the main fire-walking event next Sunday (Oct 24).
