Social media is hijacking people's brains and dividing society, and everyone helped create this monster - that is what prominent technology insiders who helped build platforms such as Facebook, Google and Twitter are saying in the buzzy docudrama, The Social Dilemma.
The film has sparked much debate since debuting on Netflix in September, when it hit the streaming service's Top 10 list of most viewed titles in the United States and Singapore, and renewed calls for social media giants to be more stringently policed.
