SINGAPORE – Last setting Kallang Theatre’s stage on fire, the award-winning Miss Saigon is returning to Singapore after 23 years. The Straits Times goes behind the curtains of one of the most beloved musicals, which will play at Sands Theatre from Aug 15 to Sept 29.
