SINGAPORE – Rapper Wheelsmith is about to play his first overseas show in Tokyo as the only Singaporean performer at True Colors Festival The Concert 2022.

The two-day inclusive music event, which takes place on Nov 19 and 20, features more than 90 artistes with disabilities from around the world, as well as American pop star Katy Perry as a special guest.
