Fitness trainer Aidid Haidil mustered self-determination and perseverance after his accident to move forward.

SINGAPORE - Since 2017, Mr Aidid Haidil has been living with more than 20 metal plates in the right side of his body.
If he sleeps on that side, he will wake up with a stiff shoulder and a two-minute paralysis of his right upper limb.
