SINGAPORE – What they do not tell you about scuba diving is the golden rule of wetsuit sizing: The right size is two sizes too small. If the wetsuit does not make you feel like you are being slowly swallowed by a python, put it back and pick a smaller one.
After forcing my middle-aged body into it – an act not unlike pushing toothpaste back into the tube – I emerge from the changing room sweaty and out of breath, but successfully encased in a second skin.
