SINGAPORE – Some Singaporeans have been using natural ingredients, instead of commercial household products, to clean their homes as part of a sea change in their lives.
Using ingredients such as vinegar, baking soda and fermented citrus peels in their homemade, dirt-removing products is their way of pursuing greater sustainability and using fewer resources. Some of them have overhauled their lifestyles for the sake of their family, and launched eco-friendly businesses and charity projects along the way.
