SINGAPORE – When Ms Lois Chan Si Min begins to feel faint or uneasy, she has to stop whatever she is doing and hand over her work to a colleague.
The 33-year-old assistant nurse clinician has type 1 diabetes, a chronic condition in which the body does not produce insulin to regulate blood sugar levels.
