SINGAPORE - Shortly after the circuit breaker started last year, Andrew Neo became unusually sleepy, constipated, and started vomiting about once a day.

Worried about their then four-year-old, his parents took him to the paediatrician, but his test results were normal. Perhaps it was the stress of cabin fever, his mother, Ms Abby Goh, recalls the doctor telling her.
