SINGAPORE – Tasked to write and produce Disney+’s Ms Marvel miniseries, Muslim-American poet Fatimah Asghar felt the expectations of a whole community.
The 34-year-old was part of the team headed by stand-up comedian and screenwriter Bisha K. Ali to create Season 1 of the show based on Marvel Comics’ first South Asian and Muslim superhero.
