SINGAPORE – Street art collective RSCLS will soon adorn the facade of the Singtel Waterfront Theatre with its work.

Wax And Wane, inspired by phases of the moon, marks a milestone for urban art in Singapore. It is the first time street art is taking centre stage in a specially commissioned work splashed across the front of a high-profile arts venue.
