SINGAPORE – The arts scene is getting its booster shots, with fresh financing and urban renewal plans.
Home-grown bank UOB recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Arts Council (NAC) to co-fund a $240,000 programme that will benefit 150 artists and 60 arts groups over three years.
