SINGAPORE - Film-maker Anthony Chen recalled auditioning actors for his Ngee Ann Polytechnic graduation film G-23 at The Substation in 2003.
The 36-year-old said: "It was a rite of passage for film-makers of my generation - doing casting auditions and rehearsals at The Substation. And then having our films screened as part of Substation's Moving Images programme."
