SINGAPORE – More adventures await in the upcoming school holidays as March On returns from March 9 to 19 in its third and largest iteration thus far, with 13 programmes and exhibitions.
Plans for the Esplanade’s children’s festival began in 2016. It opened in 2021 despite intense restrictions due to the pandemic, and soldiered on in 2022.
