SINGAPORE - When Charlotte Hoe, 27, tells people she is an enamellist, they often assume she works with teeth.
Applying powdered glass to fine silver - jewellery, medals and luxury gifts - is something she has been doing for five years at bespoke gifts company Royal Insignia.
