Who: Ms Low Peck Kem, 62, is the chief human resource officer (HR) and adviser (workforce development) for Singapore’s Public Service Division. Before joining the civil service, she was the senior director for HR and organisational development for the not-for-profit organisation The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition based in Geneva, Switzerland.
She was elected president of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) earlier in 2025, which also marks the 60th anniversary of the institute.
