Who: Danelle Tan, 19, a Singapore footballer, recently quit as midfielder for Borussia Dortmund’s women’s team, BVB Frauen, to take up a professional contract with Australia’s A-League Women’s team Brisbane Roar.
In February 2023, Tan became the first Singaporean woman to take part in a European football league when she played for the London Bees in the FA Women’s National League South.
