SINGAPORE – Beleaguered indie bookshop BooksActually’s physical space in Upper Weld Road has been listed for rent, despite talk of an imminent handover to a new management team.

The business has outstanding debts with industry suppliers and unfulfilled orders with customers, while its employees have been uncontactable since November.
