SINGAPORE – In its ninth edition with 14 installations, i Light Singapore 2023 is themed A New Wave and continues in the second of the Visible Light series with a focus on the colour blue.
Blue has also led to a more subtle theme involving water and the ocean, lining up with the festival’s push for sustainability.
