SINGAPORE - The September school holidays are here again. Overseas travel is still not an option but fret not, many new options for families with young children have mushroomed here in recent months.
Together with our daughters aged eight and two, my wife and I checked out seven attractions, from a free exhibition at the National Library Building to a walking tour with a magician.
