Two Pioneer Generation (PG) Ambassadors called at my residence on Nov 3.
They informed me that the purpose of their visit was to educate me on the various benefits accorded to PG card holders.
To my horror, they were carrying with them all my personal records, including my medical history - what ailments I have, the number of operations and procedures I have undergone and when these took place.
Why are these people, who are just ordinary members of the public who volunteer their services, allowed access to my personal medical records?
In what way could this help them in carrying out their duties? What happens if they misplace or lose my records?
