I travelled to Singapore especially to visit the Gillman Barracks.
However, there was no updated information about the place. Maps at the place contained incorrect information, while the map on the website did not work.
Staff working at the restaurants and in the galleries confirmed that visitors are exasperated by the poor visitor experience because of shoddy management.
One restaurant that was already operating said a "Food and beverage coming soon" sign was still at its location on on-site navigation maps.
Everything needs to be updated and decent management put in place if Gillman is to provide a worthwhile visitor experience.
