Problem PAssion card replaced

We thank Mr Sivarajah Nathan for his feedback ("Perfectly good senior concession card replaced with faulty one"; Forum Online, Feb 10).

We apologise for the inconvenience experienced by Mr Sivarajah in using his new PAssion Silver Concession Card.

We have since replaced his card with a new one and are investigating the cause of the issue.

We hope the new PAssion Silver Concession Card will serve Mr Sivarajah well.
