Recently, I contacted the Land Transport Authority through its official phone number.
But when it tried to call me subsequently, it used an anonymous private line. I did not know who the caller was and so did not answer the call.
Why is a public institution dealing with its clients through private lines?
Public institutions should always communicate with clients through official lines, especially over the phone. Otherwise, their efficiency in dealing with members of the public will certainly suffer.
