It is indeed good news for some of us that certain MRT stations will have wheelchairs (More help at MRT station for elderly, people with disabilities; Aug 15).

I hope the MRT operators can go a bit further by putting at least one wheelchair on all its trains in case of an emergency, especially during breakdowns.
