Recently, I was trying to rent a Wi-Fi router to be used overseas. I went online to Changi Recommends, a Changi Airport Group subsidiary, and was disappointed that I was unable to key in the date I wanted for its collection.
I called its customer service hotline and was attended to by Miss Munirah, who proceeded to get me the collection date I wanted and showed care and concern in discharging her duties.
The friendly staff are what makes Changi Airport the best.
