Find ways to further boost traffic flow at checkpoint

I am impressed by the recent move by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to conduct customs inspections before immigration checks at the Woodlands Checkpoint. This has definitely improved traffic flow and reduced congestion.

As a result of this move, the space previously used for customs clearance can be freed up for other uses.

Perhaps the ICA could consider reconfiguring the available space, to allow for more efficient traffic flow or the construction of more immigration booths.
