Congratulations to the organisers of the annual Formula One race, on a job well done.

However, the day after the race, the traffic congestion in the city, due to barrier dismantling work, surprised many drivers, and caused traffic jams, inconveniencing those who were driving through the city area.

Perhaps, more publicity on road closures could be given, through the media, for future races, so that drivers can plan their journeys before they hit the roads. By the time they see the signs on road closures, it is already too late.
