Every year, many advertisements are published, carrying congratulatory messages for National Day Award winners.
My concern is that many of these advertisements are from public organisations, such as community clubs and schools.
Are there any policies regarding such unnecessary spending of public money? The money can be better used for more meaningful purposes.
There is no need for such messages, as the award itself acknowledges the winners' good work and contributions to the nation.
