Who: Shah Pakri, 44, security sales consultant dealing with devices and equipment.

My family: Married to a Montessori school teacher, 36, with no children yet.

My home: A four-room flat near Eunos.

My passions: Mountain-biking, backpacking, cycling on the beach.

I first started writing to the Forum page in...: 2009.

What I write about: Social behavioral and environmental issues, such as conflicts between cyclists and motorists, and security industry issues; and suggestions and feedback on company and organisational practices.

Why I write: To try to provide suggestions on how to improve things.

I read the Forum page because...: I want to be kept in the loop about the problems and concerns that fellow Singaporeans face in their daily lives. I also want to know their reactions to and insights on government policies.

My wish for Singapore: That all of us can live cohesively and harmoniously, regardless of our status and social upbringing.
