Who: Tan Keong Boon, 62, a management assistant officer in an educational institution.

My family: Married with a son.

My home: An HDB apartment in Clementi.

My passions: Stamp collecting. I also enjoy playing string instruments and reading.

What I write about: Mainly on issues that affect our daily lives, from employment to environmental matters. Why I write: To share my views with other Forum page writers and readers.

I read the Forum page because...: There are various views and issues that concern all of us, and the Forum page is a great platform for readers, writers and the relevant authorities to interact and provide valuable feedback which can benefit everyone.

My wish for Singapore: That it can be a vibrant, peaceful and prosperous city for all to live in, and where seniors can age graciously.
