Who: Foong Swee Fong, 51, kitesurfing instructor

My family: Married to a housewife, 50, with three daughters aged 13, 15 and 17.

My home: A five-room flat in Punggol.

My passions: Kitesurfing and reading.

I first started writing to the Forum Page...: When I was a teenager.

What I write about: Mainly about social issues, government policies, economics as well as politics.

Why I write: I write when I have a suggestion to improve things or when I feel that the underdog has been given the short end of the stick.

I read the Forum page because...: I want to know how people feel about what is happening around us.

My wish for Singapore: That it continues to be a shining example for many years to come.
