Wireless@SG service in need of a reboot

The authorities should either terminate Wireless@SG or fix it.

Out of the 10 times I have tried to access it, I have never been successful.

Not at the airport, nor in government hospitals.

The typical message I get when trying to connect to Wireless@SG on my Samsung smartphone is "connection is too slow". It then disconnects, despite the fact that I have a full five-bar signal rating.

Clearly, Wireless@SG has too limited a bandwidth.

If Singapore truly plans to be a networked city of the future, Wireless@SG is not the answer.
