System problems blocking sale of flat

On May 25, I received approval from the Housing Board to sell my late mother's Punggol flat, but till today, I have been unable to register my intent to sell successfully.

I have visited both the HDB Hub at Toa Payoh and the Punggol HDB branch to raise my concerns, and both sides gave me many reasons - like there is no transmission from the branch to the HDB Hub, or there were system glitches - for why I have not been successful.

I understand that the new online procedures were introduced early this year, and I have heard much positive feedback of them.

However, there are downsides to the system too.

I have had a potential buyer since May 28, and I fear losing the deal if the HDB still does not allow me to register my intent to sell and to do the resale application online.

I have written several e-mails to the HDB, but I have only received automated replies.

I hope that someone from HDB will look into the system problems, as sales are being deterred, and respond soon.
