Singapore is in full election mode, with all parliamentary seats being contested.

While it can be expected that the campaigning will be robust and passionate, it is hoped that all the political parties, candidates and supporters will keep uppermost in their minds that at the end of the day, there is only one Singapore and we all are Singaporeans.

Despite the different party colours adorned and party flags waved, at the end of the election, we cannot afford to have a divided Singapore; we must be united and remain as one people.
