Shared PMD operators must bear social responsibilities

The park connector network, which is built with public funds, will soon form an islandwide pathway paradise for families to enjoy time together. It should not be turned into a superhighway for profit-driven shared personal mobility device operators.

The shared-bicycle experience has shown that operators do not always take their social responsibilities and liabilities seriously, leaving injured parties to resolve disputes and claims with users and not the operators.
