I am writing to ask the authorities to review Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) hours after standard working hours on weekdays and on Saturdays in the shopping district.

Drivers pay between 50 cents and $3 to enter Orchard Road between 6pm and 8pm on weekdays as well as on Saturdays from 12.30pm to 8pm.

Extending ERP hours to 8pm in the shopping belt is really late.

Why penalise restaurants and shops when the Orchard Road retail sector is already in the doldrums?
