Positive feedback will spur better service

We thank Mr Raju M. Iyer for commending a member of our staff, Ms Bushbha Krishnasamy, from the NTUC FairPrice outlet in Bukit Merah ("Service staff brightened my day"; last Friday).

We have shared this feedback with Ms Krishnasamy. It is our pleasure to have extended our assistance to customers by proactively anticipating and catering to their needs.

It is indeed heartwarming to receive appreciation and encouragement from our customers.
