Reshuffling of principals is a good idea as every principal brings and implements new ideas and initiatives to the school, and this is how a school can improve.

Not that fresh blood isn't good, but shuffling too often will result in a break in continuity. Some principals already have a good working relationship with the teachers and heads... five to six years is a good period.
